Order Acceptance and cancellations

All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by Firefitness Clothing. We may choose not to accept any of your order at our own decision.  We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors for the following reasons:

Minor differences in colour and other variations in Products are possible as a result of different image attainment, display technologies or other technical reasons. Firefitness Clothing is not liable for these variations and differences.

Firefitness Clothing is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect handling of Products, including handling contrary to the instructions.

All Firefitness Orders are shipped from London, UK and we can do shipment anywhere in the world. Delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Any orders within the UK should be expected within 2 – 5 working days via Standard shipping (Royal Mail). For any next working day orders, expected schedule is the next working* day and are fully tracked (*Monday – Friday, doesn’t include weekend and bank holidays). If you order on Friday after 3pm (for Next working day delivery), order will be despatched on Monday (except Bank holiday) and will be delivered the following day.

Orders with *Next Day chosen must be placed before 3pm.

Firefitness will not be responsible for any order lost in the post of the standard shipping options.

Free Delivery (Promotional Offer)

Free Delivery is limited to standard delivery to the UK and for other countries. Offer may be withdrawn at any time. For free delivery offer, please check Delivery cost & times page.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition, for a refund or exchange. Fill in the RETURNS FORM and include it with your returned item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Any returns received after this period may be rejected.

We can offer a refund on any full price items returned to us within 14 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase, in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with the labels still attached. Perfect condition means that the item is unworn, unused, and free from any marks.


Firefitness Clothing will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide the right information’s at the Firefitness Clothing comprehensive true billing details prior to each payment.

You agree that you will not hold Firefitness Clothing for any adverse effects, injury or damage that occurs, because of your failure to disclose fraudulent misrepresentation such details.

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

We will respond to your complaint or query within 2 working days. We aim to satisfactorily resolve your complaint or issue within 10 working days.
