Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition, for a refund or exchange. Fill in the RETURNS FORM and include it with your returned item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Any returns received after this period may be rejected.

We can offer a refund on any full price items returned to us within 14 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase, in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with the labels still attached. Perfect condition means that the item is unworn, unused, and free from any marks.

 

  1. You MUST take reasonable care of the item(s) purchased
  2. We CANNOTaccept returns or exchanges on underwear or socks for hygiene reasons
  3. WeCANNOT accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been washed
  4. ANYitems which are discontinued and no longer sold on the website CANNOT be returned for exchange or refund
  5. ANY items found to have a distinct smell (deodorant, aftershave, body odour etc.) will not be accepted
  6. Refunds are not issued if there is a delay in delivery.
  7. All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken
  8. Item must be sent back with a returns form including your order information, without the returns form we cannot accept any returns or issue a refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Firefitness clothing only offers exchanges on an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, if a different garment is desired we ask you to place this as a new order.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Confirmation of a refund, will be sent by email. The time taken for the refund to be credited to your account will depend on your bank or credit card issuer.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
