If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition, for a refund or exchange. Fill in the RETURNS FORM and include it with your returned item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Any returns received after this period may be rejected.

We can offer a refund on any full price items returned to us within 14 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase, in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with the labels still attached. Perfect condition means that the item is unworn, unused, and free from any marks. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We can offer a refund on any full price items returned to us within 14 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You can use your discount/promo code on the checkout page. Simply put the code into the relevant box and the discounted will be applied.

If you have received an incorrect/faulty item in your delivery, please notify us via email and we will respond to your email within 24hrs and deal with the problem with a great assistance.

We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If your order has been sent in different parcels, then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you’re not missing anything. If it’s still missing, please email and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
